Jamie founded Charman Buyers Agency with one goal: to help people buy well in Brisbane with honesty, clarity, and care. After a professional football career with the Brisbane Lions, including a 2003 AFL Premiership win - Jamie transitioned into property, building a strong foundation in luxury development, residential sales, and commercial acquisitions.
What sets him apart is not just his market knowledge, but his integrity. Jamie knows Brisbane inside out - every street, every shift in the market, and combines that insight with genuine connection. He believes buying should be smooth and exciting, not stressful or overwhelming. His background in property concierge, combined with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Public Relations, gives him a sharp instinct for interpreting a brief and delivering results that exceed it.

Currently completing a Bachelor of Property Economics and Business, Erika combines practical market experience with a solid academic foundation.
Working closely with the Charman team, she assists with sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence and refining search strategies to uncover the strongest options for clients. Her positive attitude and commitment to achieving the right outcome help make the purchasing process seamless from start to finish.
