Buyers Agent Associate

Work directly with the principal at one of Brisbane’s most active buyers agencies.

Charman Buyers Agency specialises in sourcing and securing Brisbane’s most desirable homes across premium suburbs of the inner city. 

We’re now seeking a confident and motivated Buyers Agent Associate to join our high-performing team.

The Opportunity

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the principal on client briefs, off-market sourcing, and negotiations while also managing your own clients over time.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands the pace of high-end Brisbane property and wants to take the next step in their career within a respected, growth-focused agency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Principal across all aspects of client management and property acquisition.

  • Liaise with agents, clients, and legal representatives throughout the purchase process.

  • Research, inspect, and assess on- and off-market opportunities.

  • Prepare client briefs, reports, and offer documentation.

  • Manage contracts and due-diligence milestones with precision and professionalism.

 

About You

  • 2 - 3 years experience in real estate (sales or buying).

  • Comfortable and confident working with contracts and REIQ processes.

  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.

  • Professional presentation and genuine relationship-building ability.

  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn directly from an experienced Principal.

  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration (or ability to obtain quickly).
